For over 28 years, I have helped young athletes grow stronger, faster, and more confident. Youth training isn’t just something I do — it’s what I specialize in. Every strength, agility, conditioning, or sport-specific session is personally led by me to ensure athletes receive high-quality instruction, proper technique coaching, and structured, progressive training.
Whether training an individual, small group, or a full team, we offer flexible packages designed to meet your goals and elevate performance.
I bring the gym to your house, local park, or school. Most conditioning can be done using body weight, but I bring slam balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, agility ladders, plyo boxes and more to ensure an effective, fun, and challenging workout that will have your kids wanting more.

Sport-Specific Training
I'm a firm believer that kids should not specialize in one sport. Playing multiple sports builds a foundation for movement that kids can draw from the rest of their lives.
However, when preparing for an upcoming season (or needing an in-season boost), customized sports training sessions can significantly boost performance. These sessions focus on speed, agility, power, and conditioning needed to excel in their specific sport. I personally lead every session, leveraging my teaching experience and background in athletics and fitness to build skill and confidence.
General Strength & Conditioning
These sessions aren't about doing push-ups and jumping jacks. We make fitness FUN! Games, challenges, and use of a variety of equipment keeps kids motivated and engaged. We build strength and conditioning through play. I want to personally help your child build a strong foundation and a lifelong passion for staying active and healthy.
